Blizo is built as a creative image generation environment where users describe a person, clothing style, city setting, lighting, and overall atmosphere, and the system produces synthetic city-style portrait images based on those descriptions. The app does not require users to provide personal identity information to use its creative tools. Most interactions inside the app are related to text prompts, style selections, and generated images rather than personal data collection.
This document describes how information may be processed when using Blizo, what types of data are involved in generating images, and how that information is handled during normal operation of the app.
The primary content handled by Blizo consists of text prompts written by users and images generated by the system.
These prompts may describe:
· Appearance or character descriptions
· Clothing or fashion styles
· City locations or environments
· Lighting conditions
· Mood or atmosphere
· Artistic or visual styles
The system uses these prompts only to generate images requested by the user. Generated images are displayed inside the app and may be saved or shared if the user chooses to do so.
Blizo does not use prompts to identify users or build personal identity profiles.
Like most digital services, Blizo may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to keep the application functioning properly. This may include:

· Operating system version
· App version
· Basic diagnostic information related to crashes or performance
This information is used only for maintaining system stability, fixing technical issues, and improving performance.
Blizo is not designed as a social network, payment platform, or identity service, so many types of personal data are not required for the app to function.
Blizo does not intentionally collect:
· Contact lists
· Phone numbers
· Messages or call history
· Financial or payment information
· Health or medical information
· Precise location data
· Background audio recordings
· Background camera recordings
· Government identification information
· Passwords for other services
· Advertising tracking profiles
The app focuses on creative image generation rather than personal data collection.
Blizo generates portrait-style images, but these portraits are synthetic images created from text descriptions, not photographs of real individuals.
Blizo does not:
· Scan real user faces
· Perform facial recognition
· Identify real individuals
· Create biometric identifiers
· Store facial templates
· Track or recognize people across images
· Build a facial recognition database
· Share facial data with third parties
Even though generated images may contain faces, these faces are artificially generated and are not linked to real-world identities. Therefore, Blizo does not collect or retain biometric face data from users.
Information handled by Blizo is used only for operating the creative generation features of the app. This includes:
· Processing text prompts
· Generating images
· Displaying generated results
· Allowing users to save or export images
· Maintaining system functionality
· Improving generation quality and stability
Blizo does not use user prompts or generated images for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or selling user data.
Blizo operates as a creative image generation tool and does not use user content for advertising or marketing profiling. User prompts, generated images, and related content are used only to provide the image generation features requested by the user.
Blizo does not:

No Third-Party AI Processing
Blizo uses internally operated image generation systems. The app does not use third-party AI services to generate images, and user prompts or generated images are not sent to external AI providers for processing.
All text prompts and generated images are processed only within internal systems controlled by the Blizo Team. No third-party AI provider has access to user data, and user content is never transmitted outside the Blizo environment.
No third party is allowed to access, use, or obtain user prompts, generated images, or user content created in Blizo. User content remains within the Blizo environment unless the user chooses to export or share their generated images.
During image generation, temporary processing data may be created as part of the generation workflow. This temporary data exists only during the generation process and is automatically deleted after the image has been successfully generated.
Blizo does not keep temporary processing data after generation is completed.
Generated images created by the user remain available in the user’s generation history so that users can view, save, or share their creations at any time. Users have full control over their generated images and may delete them whenever they choose.

Blizo does not retain biometric face data and does not maintain any facial recognition or biometric database.
Blizo may request permission to access the photo library so users can save generated images to their device or upload images if optional features allow image input.
Permissions can be granted or revoked at any time in device settings.
Users control the content they create in Blizo. Users may:
· Enter prompts
· Generate images
· Save or delete generated images
· Stop using the service at any time
· Revoke permissions through device settings
Blizo processes content only when users request image generation.
By using Blizo and requesting image generation, users acknowledge and agree that the text prompts they enter and the images generated by the system will be processed by Blizo’s internal systems for the purpose of generating requested images and operating the app’s features.
Image generation requires temporary processing of user input, system processing data, and generated output. This processing occurs only when the user requests image generation and is necessary for the app to function.
By generating images in Blizo, users agree that:
· Their text prompts will be processed to generate images
· The system will create images based on their descriptions
· Temporary processing data may be created during generation
· Temporary processing data will be automatically deleted after generation
· Generated images will be stored in the user’s history for access and management
· Users may delete generated images at any time
· Content processing is performed only to provide the image generation service
Blizo does not use user prompts or generated images for advertising, profiling, marketing, or data selling purposes.
Blizo processes content only after the user initiates a generation request, which serves as user consent for the processing necessary to generate images.
Blizo is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. The app is not designed for children.
